VaradaTech provides IT services including, but not limited to:

• Application Development (iOS, Android, cross-platform)

• Custom Product & Software Development

• AI Automation & Integration

The specific scope, deliverables, timelines, and pricing for any project are defined in a separate Statement of Work (SOW) or Service Agreement signed by both parties.

3. Use of Our Website

You agree to use our website only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not:

• Use the site to transmit any unsolicited or unauthorised advertising material.

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the website.

• Introduce malicious code, viruses, or any material that is harmful or disruptive.

4. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment for a project, all custom deliverables created specifically for a client (e.g., website code, app code, design assets) are transferred to the client, unless otherwise specified in the project agreement.

VaradaTech retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio and case studies unless a written non-disclosure agreement is in place.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms for any project are outlined in the relevant Service Agreement or proposal. Generally:

• A deposit (typically 50%) is required before work commences.

• The remaining balance is due upon project completion or as per the agreed milestone schedule.

• Late payments may incur interest or result in a pause of services.

All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Applicable taxes are additional.

6. Confidentiality

Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of a project. VaradaTech will not disclose client information to third parties except as required to deliver the agreed services, or as required by law.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, VaradaTech shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, business, or goodwill, arising from your use of our website or services.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our services shall not exceed the total fees paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim in the preceding 3 months.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. VaradaTech makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or availability of the website or services.

These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall first be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India.

We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be indicated by updating the 'Last updated' date. Your continued use of our website constitutes acceptance of any revised terms.
